We unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction if you adhere to your responsibilities of a consumer of custom manufactured goods, as these goods have no value to anyone except you. If you adhere to these responsibilities, we will do whatever is necessary to ensure you are a satisfied customer.

Your Responsibilities

If you are unfamiliar with the product you have chosen, we strongly suggest you order an unembroidered sample. We cannot accept returns of custom embroidered product or screen printed products unless the product or the embroidery/screen printing is defective. We will provide a proof of your custom embroidery to ensure it meets your approval. Please make sure you review the proof on a timely basis and request any changes you feel are needed. If there is any concern, please request a pre-production sample (There is a fee involved with pre-production samples).
